I purchased the book because I had chronic back pain and nothing else I had tried worked.

The product itself is not really what I call outstanding. It is a medium quality as far as the look and feel of the book. It is adequately illustrated to show you exactly what to do. It is not flashy, yet still effective for its purpose.

At only about 20 pages, I was done with the entire thing in about 15 minutes. At first I was a little disappointed and felt like the whole thing might be a scam. The guy is no doctor and doesn’t seem to care much for the medical profession.

He does ask you to commit to his program for 30 days and not do any other exercises or treatments while you are doing his. Since I had already forked out 27 bucks, I made the commitment to follow through.

It was nothing short of miraculous. After doing the Phase One treatment on a 5 day cycle, my pain was significantly reduced. After the second phase I felt almost like a kid again and my pain was nearly gone.

By doing this you are actually stretching the entire spine and especially the smaller muscles around the joints that are tight and tender. It should relieve back pain quickly, then you should find the underlying causes and remove them.
